The brief was to translate their brand into the workspace, creating an environment that reflects their values, supports different ways of working, and feels engaging without distracting from everyday use.

The workstation areas were designed to sit quietly in the background, but still say something. Subtle graphics, patterns, and messaging bring in STL’s ideas of learning, simplicity, and progress, without getting in the way of focused work.

Over time, the space becomes something people absorb rather than notice, reinforcing the way they think and work every day.

RECEPTION

The reception is the first moment where the brand comes through clearly. Instead of just a waiting area, it introduces how STL works, through its services, its mindset, and its focus on innovation. It gives visitors and employees a shared starting point, making the brand feel present from the moment you walk in.

PANTRY

Using wall-mounted games, bold graphic panels, and contrasting materials like grass textures, the space introduces a more relaxed and interactive layer within the office. It breaks the visual and functional rhythm of the work areas, giving people a place to step away, reset, and engage in a different way.

Built on STL’s values, these visuals interpret collaboration and innovation in a more playful, approachable way, bringing colour and energy into cabins while keeping the brand present in subtle, engaging ways.
