Mount View Heritage
Originally built in the 1800s as a nunnery overlooking Panchgani’s valleys, Mount View carries a layered history that has evolved over time, from a quiet hillside residence to a family-run hotel. The brief was to reposition it as a refined heritage retreat, one that feels rooted in its past while standing apart in a market full of generic hill-station stays.

The challenge wasn’t to create something entirely new, but to recognize what was already there. Mount View didn’t need reinvention, it needed clarity. By focusing on its architecture, the landscape, and its sense of home, we shaped a brand identity and website interface that feel timeless, not trend-driven.

The brand identity system allowed us to shape the website as an extension of the stay. Inspired by the landscape and the character of a family-run space, the experience feels warm, calm, and personal, offering a glimpse of what it feels like to be there.

Following the relaunch, Mount View saw a strong response, with growing interest and increased visibility in a competitive market. The website, developed alongside a broader marketing effort, contributed to a noticeable rise in inquiries, with leads increasing by around 40%. Together, it helped position the property as a more distinct and considered destination.
